6-Month Simplify & Thrive
The Simplify and Thrive Plan includes weekly health coaching sessions plus a 24-week custom strength training plan (if strength is a goal).
This plan is ideal for women who are ready to make a bigger commitment to creating sustainable health habits and solidifying a plan to ensure these new habits stick.
Over six months, we will uncover what truly motivates you, co-create realistic goals, anticipate potential obstacles, and develop strategies to navigate them. You will learn to make sustainable changes that leave you feeling strong, confident & empowered for years to come.
6-Month Ultimate Reset
The 6-month Ultimate Rest Plan includes weekly health coaching sessions AND weekly personal training sessions, along with a 24-week custom strength training plan.
This plan is ideal for women who want the highest level of accountability, guidance, and personalized support.
Much like in the Simplify & Thrive plan, we will uncover what truly motivates you, co-create realistic goals, anticipate potential obstacles, and develop strategies to navigate them. Although we will focus on all four wellness anchors —nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management —this plan is especially designed for women who want extra support with exercise and strength training.
The additional personal attention you receive will help you reset your path as you confidently rebuild your strength and redefine what is possible.
