The Foundations Plan includes weekly health coaching sessions along with a 12-week custom strength training plan (if strength is a goal).

This plan is perfect for women looking for guidance and support as they begin (or restart) their health and wellness journey.

Over three months, we will focus on what is important to you. We will start to uncover both what gets in the way and what helps you stay consistent. As you begin to create new health habits, you will feel stronger, more confident & excited about the second half of life.

Think of this as your first step toward lasting change in your health and wellness journey.

✅  You will learn about the 4 health pillars and how they are interconnected. 

✅  You will learn how to make SMART goals and how to make consistent progress toward these goals.

✅  You will learn how to pre-emptively plan for obstacles so they don't derail you.

✅  You will learn how your mindset impacts the challenges you face and how to make that work in your favor.

✅   You will learn to tune into what your body is telling you and identify what you need to feel your best.

✅   You will learn how to exercise/strength train safely.

 You will become confident in your ability to make and sustain positive change, AND you will feel stronger, more confident, and excited about your next chapter(s). 

➡️ The 60-minute coaching session will be held via zoom. 

We will schedule our sessions to run 3 weeks in a row followed by 1 week off. This week off will allow you to integrate what you have learned and grow your confidence to maintain these changes on your own. 

➡️ Weekly journal prompts, books, podcasts or other informative material will be provided as needed to support your learning and growth. 

➡️ Monthly (virtual) educational workshops.

➡️ We will use Practice Better for scheduling/communication, and TruCoach for fitness planning/tracking. 

➡️ Strength training plans (and how-to videos) will be provided via the TruCoach app. Your personalized plan will be created based on your goals and available equipment. You will have the option of tracking your progress on the TruCoach app. This training plan is available as a supportive resource- you can decide if it would be helpful for you and your health goals. It is an option, not a requirement.

9 virtual coaching sessions (3 weeks on, 1 week off) along with a custom, 12-week training plan 

Paid in full: $1,650 or $600 Monthly
