➡️ The 60-minute coaching session will be held via zoom.
We will schedule our sessions to run 3 weeks in a row followed by 1 week off. This week off will allow you to integrate what you have learned and grow your confidence to maintain these changes on your own.
➡️ Weekly journal prompts, books, podcasts or other informative material will be provided as needed to support your learning and growth.
➡️ Monthly (virtual) educational workshops.
➡️ We will use Practice Better for scheduling/communication, and TruCoach for fitness planning/tracking.
➡️ Strength training plans (and how-to videos) will be provided via the TruCoach app. Your personalized plan will be created based on your goals and available equipment. You will have to option to track your progress on the TruCoach app. This training plan is available as a supportive resource- you can decide if it would be helpful for you and your health goals. It is an option, not a requirement.
