Who is this for?

Women looking to make positive health changes so that they feel strong, confident & excited about the second half of life.

 

Although we will focus on the four health pillars: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management, this package is especially for women who need extra support with exercise and strength training.

What will I learn?

✅  You will learn how to strength train safely and effectively. 

✅  You will learn about the 4 health pillars and how they are interconnected. 

✅  You will learn how to make SMART goals and how to make consistent progress toward these goals.

✅  You will learn how to pre-emptively plan for obstacles so they don't derail you.

✅  You will learn how your mindset impacts the challenges you face and how to make that work in your favor.

✅   You will learn to tune into what your body is telling you and identify what you need to feel your best.

What will we do?

We will simplify your path to making positive changes. 

To start, we will focus on strength training and fitness by...

1️⃣  learning how to strength train safely

2️⃣  customizing a fitness plan that is specific to your needs and goals 

3️⃣  tracking your progress in an app that includes "how-to" videos for each exercise

 

We will prioritize the remaining 3 health pillars (nutrition, sleep & stress) by...

1️⃣  prioritizing your health goals 

2️⃣  identifying your "knowledge gaps" so we can find the necessary evidence-based education & resources

3️⃣  co-creating a plan that feels doable for you

4️⃣  identifying and planning for obstacles so you can successfully focus on your weekly goals 

5️⃣  learning from challenges, making adjustments, and continuing to move toward positive change

 

 You will become confident in your ability to make and sustain positive changes, AND you will feel stronger, more confident, and excited about your next chapter(s). 

What is the format?

  The personal training & coaching session will be held back-to-back via zoom. We will work with the equipment you have. 45 minutes will be spent on strength training and 45 minutes will be spent coaching.

We will schedule our 90-minute sessions to run 3 weeks in a row followed by 1 week off. This week off will allow you to integrate what you have learned and grow your confidence to maintain these changes on your own. 

Weekly journal prompts, books, podcasts or other informative material will be provided as needed to support your learning and growth. 

We will use Practice Better for scheduling & communication and we will use TruCoach for training plans. 

How long will we work together?

24 weeks (6 months)

Total of 18 virtual sessions (3 weeks on, 1 week off)

What is the investment?

Paid in full: $4,800

Payment plan: $850 deposit, then 850 due monthly for five months (total  $5,100)
