I am a Women's Health Coach who empowers women to make positive health changes with confidence -- so they feel strong, confident & excited for the next chapter.

 

Over the years, I have completed certifications in coaching, peri/menopause health, personal training (especially for women in midlife), and sports nutrition so that I can support women looking to make positive changes.
