This is a personalized, six-month, one-on-one coaching and training program for women who want to navigate their wellness overwhelm and discover what actually works for them  — how they eat, move, recover, and show up for themselves — because it is all connected. Â
By the end of six months, you will not just feel stronger and healthier — you will trust yourself in a way you never have before, and you will be genuinely proud of how you have shown up for yourself.

What will we do?
We will tackle the inner work and the physical work together in one process built entirely around you.
We will move through the 5 Stage Journey (Prioritize → Discover → Build → Strengthen → Sustain) at your pace.
We will create a training plan that strengthens you, explore the foods that fuel you, and build recovery methods that support you.
Duration:Â
24 weeks (6 months)Â
- 18 coaching sessions (60-min each)
- 6 training sessions (60-min each)
- 24-week training plan

Format:Â Â
Each month, we meet three times for coaching and once for training, all within the first three weeks — the fourth week is reserved for you to practice what you are building independently. All sessions are held virtually.
We will use the following platforms: Â
- Zoom for virtual sessions.Â
- Practice Better for secure scheduling/communication.
- TruCoach for training plans.Â
And, no worries, we will work with the fitness equipment you have access to.

Payment plan: $950 deposit, then $950 due monthly for five months
