Holistic Health Coaching & Training:

This is a personalized, six-month, one-on-one coaching and training program for women who want to navigate their wellness overwhelm and discover what actually works for them  — how they eat, move, recover, and show up for themselves — because it is all connected.

 

During this 6-month Reset, we will:

We will tackle the inner work and the physical work together in one process built entirely around you. We will move through this 5 Stage Journey (Prioritize → Discover → Build → Strengthen → Sustain) at your pace.

We will create a training plan that strengthens you, explore the foods that fuel you, and build recovery methods that support you.

Duration: 

24 weeks (6 months) 

 

Format:  

Each month, we meet three times for coaching and once for training, all within the first three weeks — the fourth week is reserved for you to practice what you are building independently. All sessions are held virtually.

 

18 coaching sessions (60-min each)

6 training sessions (60-min each)

24-week training plan

 

We will use the following platforms:  

Zoom for virtual sessions. 

Practice Better for secure scheduling/communication.

TruCoach for training plans. 

And, no worries, we will work with the fitness equipment you have.

 

Payment Options: 

Paid in full: $5,700 

Payment plan: $950 deposit, then $950 due monthly for five months
